Aside from conspicuous consumption, #land, and its #improvedValue and given the surrounding value of infrastructure generally included in the #marketPrice of said land, minus market #speculation, is the only other thing that need be taxed.

Its well-reported that #IncomeTax is a trick, perpetrated on the #workingClass and #middleClass, while the most connected hide wealth in #moneyLaundering (leaking) #stocks aided by a #moneyPrinter.

The Luxury Goods Tax was just under 20% if our memory is correct.

#InheritanceTax is not needed if you have a good Progressive LandTax based on rental value (aka #ImprovedValue) of the land. The unproductive will slowly free themselves of the property to someone who can use it, or better still turn it over to the local community/council for greenSpace, because there be no taxes on that — and maybe even credits, *wink*
