I just want to share Becky Scott's Missfits classes as a resource which might be helpful for others "who doesn't feel at home in a gym", as she says. As someone carrying difficult stuff connected to my body, my gender ID, and my mental health (also I think probable dyspraxia) I've found her classes really *really* helpful in getting an exercise habit going again.
