So since making naan bread for madras, I am now in a hyperfixation to make all types of naan bread. Tonight was keema naan bread, with base ingredients coming to less than a fiver and makes six. Or more if they're mini naans.

Please help me out: Yesterday, I made these for tea. Red lentils, water, spices. In all the recipes I've found they're called 'red lentil crêpes' or pancakes, wraps etc. But I guess there's an Indian name – masoor dal something? They were lovely, btw, served with hummus (!), spicy roasted cauliflower, and some raita. #foodquestion #indiancooking #indianfood

TIL Garam Masala is a finishing spice and best added at the end of cooking not the start.
