#SlashBack on Shudder was fun. I feel like it’s perfect for kids that Attack the Block is a bridge too far for. Less graphic violence, less graphic language, slightly younger (and less delinquent) protagonists. Mostly female Inuit cast so its vibe is different there too. It’s kind of like after you’ve shown your kids Beetlejuice but before you could responsibly show them The Thing this movie is perfect. 3.5/5 for me but will probably be 10/10 for some kids.
