Michael Cohen finished testifying to the NY Grand Jury today.

His & his lawyer's comments reminded all that the SDNY wrote the Charge Doc establishing Cohen committed crimes on behalf of Individual 1 (Trump).

And also that the SDNY office stated they had enough proof to punish Individual 1. But, the DOJ over rode that & chose not to do so.

FYI at that time Barr was the DOJ AG & Trump was of course POTUS.
