• El #submarino de propulsión #nuclear USS #Connecticut llegó a la ciudad #estadounidense de San Diego este domingo, luego de transitar en superficie por el #OcéanoPacifico debido a los daños que la ocasionara una colisión contra un inexplorado monte subacuático en el mar de la #China #Meridional, informa el #portal #USNINews.

• El observador de barcos #WarshipCam #publicó una #imagen de la llegada del sumergible, en la que se pueden observar los desperfectos en su estructura.

• Por causa de esos daños, que impidieron que el #navío pudiera sumergirse y navegar bajo el agua, la #tripulación se vio obligada a viajar 9.950 #kilómetros a nivel de superficie desde la isla de #Guam, donde el USS Connecticut recibió las primeras reparaciones.
