But perhaps it is achieved by our #inward #transformation.Our #InwardJourney, and how we view ourselves as our #InnerWorld is an expression of our #OuterWorld. We are the same in a lot more ways than we are different.

The final major #lesson I learned in #2022, is to remain #present. Looking too far ahead into the #future, or lingering too long in the #past can both be really unhealthy for the mind. Appreciating where we are, in this #PresentMoment is #grounding.
