I've piloted a process I call #knowledge-based #problem_solving since the early 1970s when I became a volunteer #tutor #mentor in a #Chicago program serving #Inner_city youth.

I did now know much so based on my background in history and Army #Intelligence I started gathering ideas that I could use each week with my mentee.

I expanded that search in 1975 when I became a program leader & again in 1993. Since then I've built a huge #library.
