The @metpoliceuk@twitter.com was found to be #InstitutionallyCorrupt in the report of the inquiry into their mishandling of the #DanielMorgan Murder and the attempts by the Commissioner to undermine the Inquiry.

No action was taken and the then Commissioner simply dismisssed the findings.
