#InterrailKatja ballert grad von Warschau nach Berlin für 37,90 im geilsten SUV eines Partners von @DB_Bahn - bei dem passt sogar mein Faltrad locker in den Kofferraum!

#InterrailKatja ist sackmüde in #Warschau angekommen.
Die Busfahrt war super entspannt, aber ich kam drei Stunden vor meiner Biozeit an.
Erstmal ein wenig geradelt.
Es gibt Hollywoodschaukeln und kleine Ampeln, die sagen:
Etwas schneller, dann hast du an der Ampel grün 🥰

#InterrailKatja sitzt jetzt im Bus nach Warschau und wünscht sich Bilder von Kindern, die Radfahren lernen.
Ich spende euch zwei Laufradvollprofis aus #Vilnius.

Paint is not infrastructure.
Of course not!
But it can help giving spaces new structure.
This one is situated in the neighborhood of @otucis. Before, it was a parking-lot.
The market hall in the back was renovated and is a social place for the neighborhood.

This place was a total loss.
Black asphalt where buses have sometimes been parked. Now people sit here with the feeling of green in the city. Unfortunately, the small street is not closed, so people can still get "to the room by car" to the five star hotel.

Šnipiškės is regarded as a "Village inside a city" and dominated by wooden private homes. This indirect heritage of Soviet urban planning is now renovated and OF COURSE there is a proper bicycling infrastructure included in the renewel.

#InterrailKatja hat heute ihren letzten Tag in #Vilnius, bevor es über Warschau nach Berlin zur ersten #Autokorrektur Lesung geht.
Hier sind Wochenenden im Innenstadtbereich autofrei.
Eine echte Chance, dass die Stadt sich von Emissionen und Lärm erholt und Menschen Rad fahren.

#InterrailKatja baut vielleicht einfach die Radinfrastruktur in #Vilnius ab und bringt sie so nach Deutschland.
Bänke, Begrünung, Radbügel, Mülleimer…
So viele Kids auf Rädern!

#InterrailKatja spielt grad Auto und radelt auf breiten freien Straßen in der Innenstadt von #Vilnius, die jedes Wochenende für Autos gesperrt werden.

Was für ein Stadtgefühl!

Ruhe.
Sicherheit.
Begegnung.
Gute Luft.

Und natürlich braucht es Polizei, das durchzusetzen :(

I was on my bike looking for a nice café.
Positive: children playing everywhere!
Negative: The guy on the motorbike who stood next to me at every traffic light and banged his vehicle when he started. I think such masculine street violence is worth banning.
