About a quarter of this stuff now washed, once I’ve it all done, I’ll add Nihilakh Oxide around anything that looks like a pipe that could leak, and finally I’ll pick out some details (maybe skulls?) to get it table ready. Then in due course (30 years?) I’ll add more detail.

Waiting for the #IntoTheDark Terrain to dry, I blasted some prep. Dragged out some old Minis from the Dark Vengeance set I’d bought years ago, on a failed notion to return to the hobby at the time. Tempted to rattle these out between terrain, and have them as two low mental load compendium teams for us to run next week. We’re both juggling weans and life, so may be a great move (or I could be justifying my inability to work on just this terrain 😂)

In the world of grey plastic, has anyone else tested their mettle against the #IntoTheDark terrain? Oh my is beautiful and oh my does it make you work for it. Lots of filing and post filing tidy up. Really looking forward to getting it primed and on the painting table. I do a fair bit of ‘digital’ games with pals back on the other island, and feel like the into the dark terrain and set up will be perfect for the format.

I've been working on some kitbashed Gallowdark tiles based on multiples of 60mm squares. Most tiles are 180x180mm. Twelve 180mm square tiles laidnout 3x4 is roughly the same size as a Kill Team board.

3 tiles are now finished (maybe? I might add more details later!)

3 more are detailed and textured, and ready for undercoating.
