The most cringe bourgeoise experience lol.
This place is called Mono Sei, Bangkok (350+ USD per person). It was my first time to the Omakase anyway.
It has very good reviews that I feel are questionable. Tho, their ingredients are of the best quality, I would say that it does not feel comfortable like you experienced oceans which a lot of seasoning. It tastes good but it'd be too much for our human stomachs lol. + price wise, it's not worth it. #japanesefood #food

When I lived in Japan, Japanese instant curry was to me what 'Top Ramen' was to me back in my college years: cheap, nutritionally-questionable food you'd make for yourself during those times when you didn't want to think properly about what goes into your body. π
After 8 years of not having it, it tastes like the most delicious thing in the world! βΊοΈ Thank you Ayano for the Vermont Curry roux!

In this rich, silky ramen, the bird gets a second turn at the table. | https://www.nytimes.com/2022/11/23/magazine/thanksgiving-leftover-turkey-ramen.html #JapaneseFood(Cuisine) #CookingandCookbooks #ThanksgivingDay #Turkeys #Indiana #Recipes

I just made myself some hiyayakko for a little midnight snack and I am pleased to report that my lifelong passionate love affair with tofu continues unabated.
May you all have something in your life that gives you as much joy as hiyayakko gives me. π
