I'm glad I watched the beautiful, Surreal cyberpunk SFF movie *Neptune Frost* tonight with my sister, at @HugoBookClub 's urging. Rich, nuanced imagery and interactions between characters. Call and response, echo and variation. The more I listen to #JesusChristSuperstar the more I desperately wish there was a production that had all of the cast of the 2000 movie version, EXCEPT for Judas, Pilate and Herod, which would have been played by their 1973 counterparts.

Seriously, imagine what an incredible production that would be.

I'm genuinely impressed by the coexistence of the staggering heights of "This Jesus Must Die" and "Gethsemane" and the dazzling lows of "Pilate's Dream" or literally any line by Judas on #JesusChristSuperstar 2000

Take: Filming Herod's Song from the 1973 Jesus Christ Superstar film in the Sea of Galilee is the greatest cinematic choice in the history of filmed musical for one reason and one reason only: the line "Walk across my swimming pool".
