Highly stylized -- using color matching skills of my wife and my shape my matching skills. Has had its frustrating moments but the bright colors and surprising layout are starting to get more fun as we get our groove on.

It looks like we're a little over a third done or maybe it's more encouraging to say we're closing in on halfway!!!

Missed getting alt text in the first time, so:
The easy parts of puzzle are done, where there are distinct objects ... Now there are bins stacked willy nilly as my wife works on waves that are highly repetitive and I work on sky which is at best marked with sea flecks...

- Mindfuck hoch10. Davon gibt's noch die 1000er und ich glaube, auch noch größer.

Salvador Dali painting #puzzle that we started mid February.... Me spending the last few weeks going through cataract surgery has not helped. First we separated by color and then for the dark areas, by shape .... Each of this puzzles' dimensions are twice those of the actual painting, so it is 4 times the size of the original which is shockingly small in person at the Museum of Modern Art aka MoMA in NYC.

The #puzzle we started Monday ... Often we enforce top down building but with this one, we decided to greenlight starting with the more obvious parts of the design and then work from there. This was several sessions worth of time for two people so far ... Really getting to know the painting better as a result.

Excellent op shop score the other day, two jigsaw puzzles with all the pieces - always appreciate finding cat puzzles even though this one had extremely weird pieces. But the prize goes to this lollies puzzle - I wasn't expecting such a perfect balance of satisfaction and difficulty 💯

My ultimate goal in life is to find the 1000 piece 'I Spy: A book of picture riddles' jigsaw puzzles that appear to have been discontinued. Someone out there must have them!

I just got a really interesting gift as a belated ( It shipped from GB) Christmas present, and I’m thrilled.
If you are a Rankin/Rebus fan, it’s for you too if you like to do jigsaw puzzles to unwind.
It is a painting of author John Rankin’s head, fashioned using all his John Rebus’ books using Edinburgh sites as clues. I cannot wait to start, having read them all. Evidently it is available on Rankin’s web site, my friend said.

This is probably one of the most fun #JigsawPuzzles I’ve done. It’s a Ravensburger 2000 piece, but since the colors are layed out in concentric circles, it’s rather simple to sort by color for each section as you move in towards the center. Yet there’s enough complexity in those circles to keep you entertained. Took a little over 20 hours I’d guess? A+.
