sometimes people will put up a "sensitive content" block on an attached photo. sometimes it's a bug, a cat pic, or a photo of eye contact, which I had no idea before mastodon that eye contact needed a content warning. Other time it's naked people having fun with each other, which I'm generally cool with but not looking for that in my casual internet idlescrolling.
