@GuyCunliffe So the start-up of Koeberg Unit 2 failed after a 6 month shutdown.

The nuclear reactor head including the critical control rod mechanism of Unit 2 was replaced during the shutdown, while the replacement of the 3 steam generators was abandoned. This is cause for deep concern.
