As an attorney I find the politicization of our Justice system completely abhorrent. Alvin Bragg is a disgrace to the law. To shoehorn a prosecution on a charge that by all accounts should be barred is clear prosecutorial misconduct in my opinion. I hope Donald Trump sues this guy ASAP.
