Less customization also means less chances for people to f**k up things...

I mean, according to @fuchsiii #KDE has way too many customization options which results in lack of consistency across applications...

My question is what happens to Qt5? I feel like it's because of #KDE it continues to be maintained at all, and yet many other projects still utterly depend on Qt5, even believe they don't need to migrate to Qt6 or otherwise refuse to. I believe HelloSystems is in this category.

First time just trying KDE Plasma over Ubuntu (wayland) and I already fell in love:

It has hebrew calendar dates buillt in! and it is displayed in hebrew with no issues of the combination between right-to-left and left-to-right

ahhh that's so great! in Gnome I was thinking to import a calendar for that and mess with it...

It's been a bit over a week since downloading #Fedora #Kinoite with #KDE #Plasma. This is now my fourth (?) time trying to switch to Plasma, and I think this time it will stick. I enjoyed using #gnome and have a lot of respect for the project, but I'm finding that my goals are being much better accomplished in Plasma. I think the key that made this attempt successful was a commitment to being humble and being open to growth.

Finally custom ordering of KRunner results will be possible! 🥳
