Var på "inspirationsdagen" hos KTH:s materialteknikcivilingenjörsutbildning idag för skolan tvingade mig. Det var en intressant men egentligen alldeles för lång dag, 09.00-16.00.

Ganska mycket av tiden gick åt till att vandra runt i grupper och se vad olika typ forskare inom materalteknik sysslar med. Var riktigt intressant att höra om! Har dock redan siktat in mig på Uppsala universitet, så de misslyckades med att värva mig som student.

Visiting #KTH last week, one of the #ComputerScience lecturers mentioned that when teaching first years to #code, #GitHubCopilot (disclaimer: which I co-wrote) was rather useful in a pretty surprising way: It finally made the students use descriptive variable names to get better suggestions.

Why do that for #Copilot but not for their reviewers / future selves?

Hypothesis: The Copilot reward is immediate. Feedback must be fast.
