Expect elite rejuvenation process to speed up now, w new gov't + parliamentary vote in 2023.At the same time, #Tokayev's key task relates to reorganisation of the political economy of #Kazakhstani regime, as Ben Godwin
has often noted. Replacing a kleptocratic clique with another will not bring the change people expect + regime promised in wake of #QandyQantar.
