I was so touched yesterday by the kindness of staff at my local tube station. My laptop instructor is blind and the staff member walked with him 10 minutes from the station to my front door to make sure he found the way ok… there really are still wonderful people in the world and it just shows that we need to fight to keep staff at our train stations! #KeepTicketOfficesOpen
