@sonyasteele Sure seems the end will be that any action by #employees, #union or not, that causes economic "concern", will be judged illegal and employees will be held liable for "repaying" employers due to such actions.

I'm deeply disappointed in #Sotomayor, especially. I hope she's not caught the "They're going to let me be white" syndrome too many #Latins suffer from (e.g. #Cruz, #Rubio).
