Of course #KerbalSpaceProgram is free today - I bought it 2 days ago. Set up an old laptop for my son - #FloatingSandbox #ScratchJr as well. #KerbalSpaceProgram seems a bigger hit than the much requested #FloatingSandbox (which also seems a one trick pony).

So far he is only launching stock rockets but there's a lot for him to grow into.

I see next week's #free #EpicGame is #KerbalSpaceProgram ( https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/kerbal-space-program ) - this is exciting for me, not just as I'll get to play it, but also:

A few months before my adopted kids arrived in our house I heard a podcast which mentioned it - I think it was a TWiT ( https://twit.tv/shows/this-week-in-tech ) with @PadreSJ talking about it - it seemed like it would be a good game for the kids once they were old enough.

Now, a few years later, at least one of them is old enough, so he'll finally be able to play it.
