The SAM visible in this video do not steer towards the ground, which would be expected if the attack came from low flying cruise missles, such as storm shadow or taurus.
They clearly steered very steeply upwars.
Was this an attack by ballistic missles such as the Hrim2 or even #ATACMS ?

Reports of a Russian oil tanker near the Kerch bridge which got presumably hit by an Ukrainian USV.
The “Sig” oil tanker was anchored and received a strike which damaged the hull and flooded the engine room.

Taking a Yama GP1800R HO, it can carry 3 people (85kg each), with a range of ~240km.
Lets assume 150kg of explosive load, there is plenty of room for some extra fuel and also electronics and sensors for control and communications.
This could do the attack, I would guess.
