Carnasserie Castle, one of the more recent historical attractions in the amazing Kilmartin Glen in Argyll. Kilmartin Museum is due to reopen after major refurbishment later this Summer.
It was great to spend time with the team yesterday exploring the rock art in parts of Kilmartin Glen.
So thought you would like this image, as a reminder there are still many monuments and wonderful locations to explore in this amazing prehistoric landscape before the museum reopens.

The Nether Largie Standing Stones, one of the many prehistoric attractions in Argyll's amazing Kilmartin Glen. The five large standing stones are up to 2.85m in height and the central stone is adorned with 23 carved cup marks.
