Borges Device blueprint:

* A portable scanner with USB mobile power
* A second-hand iPad or equivalent
* A program to convert scanned texture to text
* A sheet of paper, made with any kind

The device reads wrinkles from the paper, sends the image to a tablet device, generates text with the noise texture, offsets it with time, and finally produces a page of text, or sound (because Borges is blind and cannot read).

The endless book must be pocket-portable and can be fully assembled with electronic junk.
