Lovely article. The story of the refugee who turned Kingston, home of Queen’s University, into an unexpected hub of Cambodian cooking.

Running restaurants is a common path for refugees and immigrants. Like football coaching trees, one success will point the way for others in the community. One of my cousins' in-laws opened a sushi joint that became the template for many of Montreal's Japanese restaurants.
