Jackson is the father of #skateboarding in #EastAfrica. In 2005, when he was barely able to stay on a #skateboard, he built a ramp in the middle of his mother's sugar cane plantation in the #Kitintale slum in #Kampala. Today, the #SkatePark guarantees social peace, attracts young people from surrounding areas and beyond, and strengthens social ties in society.
