The Russian May 9 parades in Kursk and Belgorod have been canceled. The Russian authorities claims it is due to “security concerns”, but I believe it is because they simply have not enough functioning tanks to run up and down the road. Every Russian tank is needed at the front and all remaining parade vehicles are needed for the larger cities.

According the Russian Ministry of Defense 6 Russians soldiers died in Kursk Oblast due to a fire in their dugout. The source of the fire was stove which has not been properly used.
