Every day, when do my version of a #LBRP, I use this little piece of quartz as a "wand." I've been doing this for a year, but I recently replaced it with a piece of selenite, and holy shit I can feel the difference! 

It's materially heavier, but also it *feels* different. Like, zingey-er? Clearer? More "forward reaching?" Wish I could describe this adequately.
