Während 'Least Developed Countries' (#LDCs) übermäßig durch Klimawandelfolgen betroffen sind, haben reiche Staaten des globalen Nordens historisch besonders viele Emissionen ausgestoßen. Diese stehen daher in der Pflicht: Es braucht Finanzierungskonzepte und verbindliche Zusagen.
