#Astir CS Jeans (fixed gear version) on the ground at #LKSN (Slany, #CzechRepublic). Certainly not one of the best #gliders out there but it’s my first single-seater and I enjoy #flying around in it. I’ve had my glider licence since 2010 but I’ve actually done very little #gliding since then, as I focused on getting my PPL. Picked it up again this year after a 6-year break and I hope to properly get into it next year! #aviation #avgeek #pilotlife

@astro_YII Awesome :) We have two Mariannes in our club (#LKSN, Slany, Czech Republic) but so far I haven’t had the opportunity to fly them. I learned to glide in #L13 #Blanik and I’ve also flown an L-23, Twin Astir II, K-7, and this year I started flying #Astir CS Jeans. No high-performance #gliders for me so far but I love every minute up there 🙂
