Ich zähle Telefonnummern mit Ortsvorwahl zum Festnetz, egal über welche Protokolle oder Netzarchitekturen sie bedient werden, diese sind Kabel gebunden.
Mobilfunk ist mE alles, was über die Mobil-Funkfrequenzen übertragen wird, also UMTS, 5G, LTE, LTE+ und e, diese sind nicht Kabel gebunden.

P.S.: Die Umfrage wird wenig repräsentativ, wenn die Hashtags nicht beide Netze umfassen, also etwa
