So, my way-over-the-top side project of making my kid a speech generating AAC device in Lakota continues slowly.

The voice problem is...problematic. Why are voices so stinking expensive? Why is it so hard to get help with this?

At least the vocab is coming along and I'm getting lots of practice conjugating.

its the closest thing i could find to "toot" :toot:

breaking it down we have máza which is metal, and yažó which is to blow something like an instrument. the -pi suffix makes it plural so yažópi is "they blow it".

perhaps i could say blažó to say "I toot!"
