What's the difference between 舗, 店, and 屋?
Apparently they all mean "a shop". I’ve seen 店 (みせ) in "I'm going to the shop", I've seen 屋 (や) as a suffix (e.g. bookshop, butcher shop etc), but I'm lost on when 舗 is used!

Korean question:

In sentences (phrases?) like 책 있어요 or 친구 있엉요, is "I" implied? Am I saying "I have a book/friend" or does 나 need included?

(Also, thanks for everyone who helps me with these things. It's sort of challenging to learn sometimes when you're just on your own, self-study, with no one around who speaks the language.)

- Contribute to an open source project
- Get more comfortable with containerisation, maybe look into kubernetes more
- Learn a decent amount of a new programming language, probably Go or Rust
- Pick up language learning again, I've had almost a two year break now from anything proper

Does 실 have a specific meaning in #Korean? I've noticed rooms seem to have this ending.

교실 - Classroom
사무실 - Office
거실 - Living room
침실 - Bed room

Does it mean "room"?

On Korean, I feel like my brain was remembering everything really well up until 2 weeks ago. Feels like it did a reset and now I can only vaguely remember stuff.

Ah if you all ever see errors in my Korean writing, feel free to alert me. I've definitely found instances on reviews where I've been misspelling a word or two. Usually swapping a character or missing a stroke.

One draw back to complete self study is that there is no one to catch some of my smaller mistakes.

How important is adding that subject marker to 사전 in the sentence? Is it less important for these short simple sentences compared to more complex ones? I'm wondering if that is why it's not clicking for me yet.
