Pope Pius XII's Preface is so hauntingly beautiful. His Latin is, compared to today's TLM celebrants, impeccable. Also, today's TLM priests tend to just "say" the words. Pope Pius XII's diction is more dramatic, slower and more emotional than the rushed chant of present day.
