🔟 In his response #Lavranos told us he found out from #ReportersUnited & #EfSyn about the Italian ID card that illegally has his picture stamped on it. After our question, the businessman filed a lawsuit to start a formal investigation into the forgery.

9⃣ Our investigation also found a copy of an Italian ID card with a picture of Giannis #Lavranos. But the name on the ID is “Gianni Berti”.

❗️The number on Berti’s ID refers to a card that, as the 🇮🇹 ministry of Interior states, was stolen in 2012 in Naples

6⃣ Our investigation looked into Giannis #Lavranos’ business activities.

🔎 In 2013 the businessman was replaced as head of the firm “ELECTRUM TECHNOLOGIES” by an Italian businessman named Antonio Sassi.

5⃣ After the #PredatorGate revelations made by #ReportersUnited & #EfSyn, the 🇬🇷 government tried to cover up the surveillance scandal.

❗️Now sources around #Lavranos say he hadn’t spoken publicly until now because the 🇬🇷 PM’s office asked him not to. The PM denied to comment.

3⃣ #Lavranos’ connections to the 🇬🇷 political system aren’t limited to #Dimitriadis and #Mitsotakis.

🔎 @MinDigitalGr Kyriakos Pierrakakis -also a best man to Dimitriadis- has also connections with #Lavranos. In fact, as a minister he visited him at his office in Athens.

2⃣ The new investigation shows that #Lavranos & 🇬🇷 PM’s former chief of staff #Dimitriadis -also best men- went on a business trip to London in November 2019, in order to discuss cybersecurity issues.
