I'm trying to think of another app that's as much of a pain to spend money on as the #LeapCard, and i can't come up with one. You really need my CVV for a €20 top-up - with my saved card? Then I get a popup from my bank that's only half on screen because it's not optimised for mobile.

How long does it take to replace a Leap Card? I've finally had to replace mine after 7-8 years, and there's no sign of it 3 weeks after I requested a replacement.

Another letter, on #DublinBus's #exactfare lunacy: "A group of tourists were in the queue ahead of me to board the bus. They were presenting euro notes to the driver to pay the fare… The driver said he only took coins and asked them to leave the bus" - why can't there be machines issuing prepaid #LeapCard at the airport?
