@Deidzoeb I do recommend to check out #SoundCloud and #Youtube and see if one can find artists that licensed the track under permissible terms like @creativecommons CC-BY or whatever matches your use-case.
Or just politely ask an artist that hasn't signed up with any major label if they'd allow you to license stuff...
You'd be surprised how many allow it under similarly good terms.
