I should be able to shrug it off. It's one person's opinion. Why do our brains focus on the one negative out of dozens of positives? I can rationalize this but still mentally pick at the comments like a scab.

2. I was patient with a coworker who monopolized another Zoom meeting today. 🤬 Usually I interrupt but I decided to #LetItGo.
