The big problem with providing enough for people with disabilities and the elderly, and I want to add chronically ill, is that there has to be some kind of judgement. And people are very bad at judging others when they haven't had a similar experience. This is where UBI works really well. It's more efficient and nobody loses out. And the people that don't need it are not better off. See video.
