#Twitter changes nuked #nitter today

Tomorrow #Reddit 3rd party apps will stop working... Including #Libreddit

I only used those for about 15 minutes a day max... I think #Teddit will continue to work.

Still, gonna save time I guess.

So I blocked #Reddit globally on my #NextDNS configuration. Why? Just for the lulz, really. It's very probable that I'll unblock it in the near future, but for now I want to see how long it'll take to get to a point where I'll need it. In the meantime, if I really, really, really, reaaaaaaally need to see something from Reddit, there's always #Libreddit .

uBlock Origin and SponsorBlock aside, the reason I’m most excited for #iOS17 potentially lifting the WebKit requirement on browsers is because I can’t wait to use #Libredirect on mobile. I’m so tired of having to manually work around #Reddit’s godawful mobile site. Libredirect just automatically bringing me to my #Libreddit instance of choice is such a nice #QOL feature.

As an aside, I am really enjoying using #libreddit to browse reddit.

The layout, speed (and lack of ads) just makes the experience so much better.

the reason is obvious actually. they're collecting too much info and misusing it. I come across a weird subreddit and take a look, they decide I'm totally interested in this shit and start emailing and notificating me about what's happening there! #libreddit doesn't do it, obviously

@andryou Good share, I also like to use other front-end privacy solution like #FreeTube for Youtube or #Libreddit for Reddit. A great way to avoid social addiction too (no account and no algo)
