Righto. Random shower hack for the permanently exhausted.

I swapped the one-piece shower curtain on my corner shower for a pair of curtains for *style* reasons and suddenly showers are enjoyable again! I think it's because I don't have ALL of the steam in there with me any more. YMMV etc

New curtains happen to be blockouts (right look, size, price) but I don't know if that's essential

Hey! Guess wha I just figured out!!!
Because of the magnetic cover on my iPad, I can stick it to the front of my fridge while I’m in the kitchen doing stuff and watch a movie ! It’s like having a tv on the door of the fridge!

It’s much nicer than trying to prop my iPad up somewhere!

Hier mein Beitrag (aus dem Jahr 1988). Damit haben wir auf Segelyachten aus dem #Kartenlämpchenschwanenhals die Bordspannung beziehen können (Schraub- bzw. Bajonettfassung auf Cinch).

Ich musste die Teile erstmal suchen. Sind sehr hübsch geworden.

With the massive #HeatWave in the southern US lots of people are sweating a bunch and it's important to replace those #electrolytes

#SportsDrink recipe:
1 kool-aid packet (less color is better)
1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt (this has 50% potassium chloride, which gives you a better electrolyte balance)
3/4 c sugar

Mix 6 tbsp of this with 1 liter of water, or 2 tbsp with 1 glass of water.

Cost? about $1.75, compared to $6 for #gatorade powder
