My brother and I passed through Ardnacrusha electric dam on our way into #Limerick. The dam is not talked about enough, in my opinion; the size of it is staggering. You pass through a series of locks which have the feel of being inside a pyramid. Then you're spat out onto the river which, when we were there, was hopping with brown trout. The force of the water from the dam propelled us along into the city. An amazing experience I won't forget. #ireland #kayaking #adventure #travel
