I'm surprised! I have listened to over 1300 hours of podcast during the past 12 months, meaning on average I have listened 3.6 hours of podcast per day!
The #AntennaPod is my podcast player of choice, but I have also finished two audio series on the #Realm app.
Here are some of the podcasts I listen to:
Geeky:
#LateNightLinux
#DestinationLinux
#LinuxAfterDark
#DarkNetDiaries
#CommandLineHeros
General:
#WorldsGreatestCon
#StillToBeDetermined
Persian:
#RadioGeek
#ChannelB
#RadioTragedy
#antennapod #realm #latenightlinux #destinationlinux #LinuxAfterDark #darknetdiaries #commandlineheros #worldsgreatestcon #stilltobedetermined #radiogeek #channelb #radiotragedy
Just listened to the #LinuxAfterDark episode and loved it. I happily daily drive some pretty low end hardware and it's great.
Including this little Celeron beelink box that runs my whole development stack on it for working from home in the garage.
I thought it was going to be shit, but it's just fine!
This episode of #LinuxAfterDark touched on a topic I often ponder about and come up with zero answers for - life after death.
Well, the life of my digital data after I die. If I self-host services for my friends and family, uh, what happens when they switch off that server when I die? Would they know how to access it and migrate away to something else, or keep it running?
@JoeRess in #39 of #LinuxAfterDark you mention to link a mastodon post written by developers of Ubuntu Flavors but I cannot see any in the show notes.
Lenovo has an #ARM laptop for sale. Heard about it yesterday at #LinuxAfterDark via @JoeRess

Just finished listening to @JoeRess and crew on #LinuxAfterDark episode 20. Dalton's book recommendation Digital Minimalism sounded interesting, but I think it would be preaching to the choir to the community here on #Fosstodon. A lot of what was discussed is exactly why we're all here and not currently doomscrolling Twitter. No algorithm curating what you see to hold your interest or stoke your outrage so we can show you ads. Just plain ole chronological unmonetized content from our community.

It's Friday night; maybe I'm sentimental after three real ales....but I am really loving #Fedora right now. Been rock solid and slick since installing a couple of months back. Think it was #LinuxUnplugged that got me into it. Or maybe #LinuxafterDark
Perfect OS for work with a beer over the weekend...
#LinuxAfterDark #linuxunplugged #fedora
@rridley I took that advice and broke out the exercise bike for a 500 cal ride. Felt pretty good actually. Just listened to a #LinuxAfterDark and relaxed. Maybe tomorrow I'll do the same thing with the rowing machine to mix things up. Better than jogging at 106.
