Best parenting decision today was to play #LittleHuman some of Boney M’s greatest hits, resulting in him running around the house singing “Ra-Ra-Rasputin, Russia’s greatest love machine”. 😂

Went to see #MaryPoppins at the local cinema last weekend with #LittleHuman. We both found it very entertaining, but Dick Van Dyke’s mock cockney-cum-Irish accent is criminal. Did he realise these are two entirely different accents, not to mention countries? 😳

Tough day for #LittleHuman who broke one of his front teeth after a nasty fall at school. Thankfully he had the wherewithal to locate the missing fragment (thanks to reading a book about a girl who broke her two front teeth) which the dentist was then able to reattach. 🦷 💪 👏 😅

Decided it was time to start training #LittleHuman the Jedi way. Here he is levitating a small rock in the Norwegian fjords. 😊 #LifeInNorway

#LittleHuman is impressed with his purchase of five packs of noodles for just 10 kr. I am impressed that he chose to buy noodles with his pocket money. 🍜 😋

Major #parentingFail this morning when we sent #LittleHuman to school at the normal time, not realising he was supposed to be there half an hour early for a school trip. (We knew about the trip, but not the time.) There were tears. 😫

Worked out today that our not-so-#LittleHuman has grown 15cm over the past two years. At that rate he’ll have grown out of the all clothes we just bought him by the end the summer. 😳

Harper Collins has helpfully included the first chapter of The Fellowship of the Ring at the end of #TheHobbit. Reading it now with #LittleHuman. It’s fun, though the language is noticeably more advanced, as is #Tolkien’s skill as a writer. #LordOfTheRings

Yesterday, Wife and #LittleHuman went half way up a mountain during a blizzard to purchase some second-hand skis. This is considered completely normal behaviour in #Norway. 🎿 #LifeInNorway

Rather a strange night with #LittleHuman yelling at the top of his voice despite being fast asleep, and loud rustling noises on the balcony (falling ice? a bear?) during the night. Perhaps should not have watched Guillerme del Toro’s #Pinnochio on Christmas Day. 😬

Had an interesting theological discussion with #LittleHuman last night. Turns out he’s agnostic with respect to the Christian God, but 100% believes in the existence of the gods of Norse mythology. 🤔
