My #LittleLeague team made it quite clear girls weren't welcome when I tried to play #baseball in elementary school. It mattered not that I was damn good, thanks to being the granddaughter of a retired pro ball player.

So hearing that a woman as finally made a D1 college baseball roster is thrilling and long overdue. Go, #BrownBears!
