It is not clear what they will do. Presumably some combination of a #firesale of #assets and some write off of #loans from the Public Works Loans Board is inevitable.
What is extraordinary is how such a situation was allowed to develop. Until the early 2010s the #AuditCommission kept an eye on #local #government.

This is not what the #HomeOffice research found. Nor is it borne out by the case reported today where all of the twenty two convicted appear to be white!
Some of the areas where #local elections will be held next month have a history of difficult community relations.

У Києві працює мережа хлібних магазинчиків "Кулиничі" – раніше я асоціював цю мережу з Азаровим, але незрозуміло, чи досі він має вплив на цей бізнес.
Кулиничі продають не тільки хліб, а інші вироби, гарячу випічку, каву/чай, й часто вони розташовані на зупинках громадського транспорту.
Й їхні ціни – як на мене, це благодійність, хороший чай - 13 грн, кава з молоком 22 грн, тістечка - 19-24 грн.
