Soundcloud is filled with artists all trying to be heard, looking for their audiences. It’s difficult, and can be disheartening when you put yourself out there, when you feel as though you’re unable to get any traction. Some give up, leaving digital memorials of their musical dreams across the site. Others press on, digitally busking in a cacophony of a million other bedroom performers and creators.

my #MacBookPro internal drive was filling up. so i spent hours moving music, photos and my #LogicPro sound libraries to an external drive. the result? my internal drive continued to fill until the disk was full.

i literally watched the progress bar as files were being offloaded. i could see the external drive space filling up. and i could also see my internal drive storage *increasing* at the same rate

i was never able to figure out what happened. had to erase the disk, do a clean system install, and restore my apps one at a time. i couldn't trust the backups

been computing since 1987 and never seen anything like this

Thanks to the power of #RolandCloud and the old trusty XV-5080 being available inside of #KompleteKontrol, I was able to bring back a track I wrote sometime in 2004/5 and make it all beefed up and nice. Remastered in #LogicPro last night and honestly, really happy with the sound. Feels Phat!
