@defcfun hi there. Interesting profile.
I went back to #Debian -based systems after a little period on #Gentoo; I really appreciated USE flags but could never predict what an update would do.
I also saw a boost of a #GCL release; I didn't know it was still being developed! Personally, I have gone from being a fan of #CommonLisp to actually learning #Prolog (with #Logtalk) instead.
Also a big #Erlang fan, which is how I ended up at Prolog actually.

@CodingItWrong as a long-time Lisp fan (and a long-time Emacs user), I feel #Prolog is more worth the force-multiplier and meta-programming buzz than Lisp. If you have the mental bandwidth, do try out Prologs like SWI or Ciao (or #Logtalk).
If you are dead set on Lisp, you could try it on a very capable platform using #LFE - Lisp Flavoured Erlang.

@andrasbacsai currently learning #clojure from a book. I really have to get back to my ia project and push it forward. It's an Interval Analysis library written in #Logtalk with Logtalk's creator, Paulo Moura. I have a few more projects that are equally inactive and have to get back to, like my \(APL \in BCN\) presentations...
Anyhow: https://github.com/mlliarm/ia and https://logtalk.org/
